King Salman’s Brother Prince Mishaal Dies

Prince Mishaal dies aged 93 – Dubai: Saudi Prince Mishaal died on Wednesday at the age of 93, according to state-owned Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Prince Mishaal was the brother of Saudi King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz.

Prince Mishaal was the chairman of the Allegiance Council, which was formed in 2006 by King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz and tasked to formalise the succession process.

Funeral prayers will be performed on Thursday at the grand mosque in Makkah after Isha prayers, according to SPA, quoting the Royal Court.
