We hope you find our First Nations Gas Stations In Canada map useful. If you are venturing out on a road-trip somewhere across Canada, you are bound to come across a First Nation reserve with a gas bar or station. Many First Nation reserve gas stations are operated by the band or owned privately by individuals. There are even some gas bars/stations operated on First Nations land within Saskatoon, Fredericton and Winnipeg. To obtain tax-exemption on fuel purchases, you must present either a gas card or Indian status card in most locations. If you need a gas card, you will have to apply for one. If you are unsure, contact the gas bar or your First Nation. Some gas stations do not take either card, please contact them directly.
