Apprentice’s rates are prorated base on the journeymen hourly wage, starting at 60% and increasing upon achieving a set standard of hours. The Pension and Health & Welfare contributions are the same as journeymen.

Rates of pay for members in the Industrial locals and QCC are not listed, they are comparable to the construction rates.

Pension contribution is comprised of two components for the BCA agreement, a Basic Pension Deduction and a Special Funding Contribution.
